Reflists.py is the Pywikipedia script used for running DumZiBoT, a bot that add titles to bare reference links. For performance and load reasons, it is most commonly used on an XML dump of the database. It requires that you create a page User:DumZiBoT/EditThisPageToStopMe on your wiki and download http://www.twoevils.org/files/wikipedia/404-links.txt.gz .
